As Senior Associate Pastor of The Fountain of Truth Christian Center, Pastor Brenda Jones is in a unique position to reach the world, particularly women, for Jesus Christ.

Having been married to Senior Pastor, Bishop Michael Jones since 1970, Pastor Brenda is eminently qualified to address the issues surrounding a woman’s role in marriage. As the mother of five wonderful sons and five beautiful daughters-in-love (all of whom work actively in the ministry) Pastor Brenda has dealt with nearly every situation that can arise in parenting, including grand parenting, since she and Bishop Jones now have 12 sweet grandchildren.

As anyone who knows her will tell you, this woman is full of joy. She loves to laugh and see others happy as well. But don’t be deceived by her beautiful smile. She takes her ministry vocation very seriously. After announcing her call to ministry in 1990, she served faithfully in every area of the church. She was ultimately ordained and installed in the pastorate in 1995. Since that time she has worked tirelessly assisting Bishop Jones and pouring into the lives of their flock.

She recently authored her first booklet and companion CD, entitled “Was it Worth it?” which ministers to women in the area of forgiveness in marriage.

It should be noted as well that Pastor Brenda isn’t just a minister. She is also a businesswoman and entrepreneur. Once a corporate employee for Michigan Bell Telephone, she retired and went on to operate her own clothing store, Simply Unique Boutique, for several years. She has since opened two online businesses, continuing to demonstrate the virtues of a true Proverbs 31 woman.

Bishop Jones and she established the Fountain of Truth Christian Center in 1980, and of course, this is the pinnacle of her life’s work for Christ. But of all her personal ministry accomplishments, Pastor Brenda is proudest of Extraordinary Ordinary Women, Inc. For more than 25 years she has been inspired to help and bless women through conferences, workshops and personal ministry. Her passion to see the women of God prosper in life has finally led to the formation of E.O.W., Inc. Throughout the year, Pastor Brenda holds smaller, more intimate fellowships for the women of her area. Then, annually she hosts a grand conference where some of the nation’s greatest preachers, teachers, prophets and psalmists are brought together to minister to the needs of women.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Extraordinary Ordinary Women, Inc. annually sponsors a dynamic conference designed to inspire and empower women as they move toward their God-ordained destiny. The E.O.W. Conference is a unique opportunity for women to experience the presence and power of God, while connecting and sharing real-life situations with other women.

For multiple days, attendees are immersed in prayer, praise, preaching, teaching and fellowship. World-class speakers from around the country are brought in to share their insights and anointings. Teachers with expertise in a broad range of subjects come to equip and prepare the women of God for the various challenges they undoubtedly will face in life. From spiritual giftings to fulfilling relationships to wise parenting, women are encouraged to seek after the best that God has to offer.

The Conference is open to women of all socio-economic backgrounds and is intended to provide a dynamic, but nurturing Christian environment where they can “get real” about themselves, their lives and their God.

This divinely inspired conference is the vision of Pastor Brenda Jones, Senior Associate Pastor of Fountain of Truth Christian Center. She, herself, is a powerful minister in the Kingdom of God. Pastor Brenda believes that every woman can walk in the abundant life that Christ has promised – if brought into right relationship with God, and given the proper spiritual tools.
